Are you renting, buying for the first time or thinking about buying

we here in Mililani must follow those special rules that make this town
so unique. That is why your contribution is so valuable. If you
purchased
your home many years ago or just recently, you received a packet of
documents explaining the policies for the community. These documents, the
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and the Design
Committee Rules, apply to all residents in Mililani.
These documents cover issues that affect the areas around and about your
home. There may be a time when you receive a letter from our Covenants
Department noting an issue that was viewed on your property these
letters are a way to assist you maintain and enhance your property

about these letters. They will be happy to explain how the DCC & R's
work.
When planning an exterior modification or improvement, check out the
Design Committee Rules. These rules will assist you in keeping the
standards that have been set here in Mililani. Give our office a call to
