Senior Activities

MTA SENIOR CITIZENS CLUB
The MTA Senior Citizens Club Program will educate
seniors and keep them active by engaging them in an
array of activities including educational guest speakers,
health and fitness, aquatics and social activities.
This
senior club will meet daily Monday thru Friday at Rec.
Center 2 for an hour.
Some of the exciting activities
that happen through out the week are…
Sit &
Fit:
A variety of low impact exercises using a chair
for seated and standing support, use of hand held weights
and elastic tubing with handles. This class is simple to follow.
Walking Group: (meets at Rec
Center 3) An
outdoor walk around
Mililani Town.
Water Walking: A low
impact exercise class that uses
water as resistance. Use
of aqua bells, noodles and joggers.
Tai Chi: Mind and
body relaxation exercise.
Activity Days: A
variety of activities such as crafts, bingo
days, excursions, guest speakers, dances, coffee hours,
potlucks and much more.
