COME JOIN THE FUN…

NEW PROGRAM STARTED!!! 

MTA SENIOR CITIZENS CLUB 

The MTA Senior Citizens Club Program will educate seniors and keep them active by engaging them in an array of activities including educational guest speakers, health and fitness, aquatics and social activities.  This senior club will meet on Mondays,

Wednesdays and Fridays at Rec. Center 2 for an hour.  Some of the exciting activities that happen through out the week are…

CALL IN THE MONTH OF JUNE AND RECEIVE ONE FREE WEEK OF SENIOR PROGRAM CLASSES.  FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CALL KIMBERLY TOPOLINSKI AT 440-2614.

Sit & Fit - Mondays:  A variety of low impact exercises using a chair for seated and standing support, use of hand held weights and elastic tubing with handles. This class is simple to follow. 

Activity Day - Wednesdays:  A variety of activities such as tai chi, crafts, bingo days, excursions, guest speakers, dances, coffee hours, potlucks and much more.

Water Walking - Fridays:  A low impact exercise class that uses water as resistance.  Use of aqua bells, noodles and joggers.

If you are interested in participating in this program please register at the MTA Administration Office during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Recreation Center III from 4:00pm to 9:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sundays from 9:00am to 2:00pm.  If you would like register or have any questions about the program please call 623-7300.

Fee:             $35 with valid MTA ID card
