09:00 – 10:00 SELF-CARE YOGA MORNINGS
A yoga class for all levels to take some time for yourself, connect with your body and cultivate inner peace and balance. This class will make you stronger, will release the tension stored in your body and calm your busy mind. Asana (poses) breath work, meditation and many self-care practices will help you regain your inner balance, “fill your cup” and feel supported.
