10:00 – 11:00 Vinyasa Yoga
All levels Vinyasa Yoga Class. Move, strengthen, stretch and breath in this fun and energetic yoga class! Erin has been teaching yoga for a decade and her passion for the practice really shines through in her classes. Her keen focus on alignment will give you a deeper understanding of your body so you can grow your yoga practice on solid foundations. And you will definitely break a sweat in her dynamic flow classes! Please bring your yoga mat and water and wear clothes that you can move well in. No prior yoga experience necessary.
