10:00 am – Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is slow-paced practice that normally holds poses for 3-5 mins.
Practicing Yin Yoga can:
・Help with range of motion and flexibility
・ Access to different layers of the body such as deep connective tissues, ligaments, joints and bones
・ Help us to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system
・ Teach us to slow down and be compassionate for yourself
Open to all-levels.
Must be able to practice on Mat.
