8:00 am – Gentle Yoga

In this class, we will focus on breathing techniques, mobility and some basic standing and seated postures. We will hold most of the poses for about 3-5 breath to help you find your alignment.
This class is for you if you are looking for ways to Find Balance, Strength and Flexibility.
Gentle practice will help to connect the Body and Mind

Open to all levels especially for those who are new to Yoga.
Must be able to practice on Mat.
