Duplicate addresses will be disqualified.\n• MTA employees & members of their household are not eligible to enter.\n• MTA Members can enter from July 1\, 2021 – July 23\, 2021.\n• Entries must be RECEIVED BY 7 pm on Friday\, July 23\, 2021.\n• Entry blanks with incomplete information will be disqualified.\n• MTA is not responsible for lost or stolen entries\, entries received after the deadline or illegible entries.\n• Winners will be chosen by random on Monday\, July 26\, 2021.\n• Once winners are verified\, winners will be notified via email and/or phone by Wednesday\, July 28\, 2021.\n• Winners can pick up prize at Rec 3 Business Office by appointment.
