The In-Person Registration for the 2015 MTA Winter Craft Fair will open on
Tuesday, SEPTEMBER 15, 2015 @ 8AM.
LOCATION: REC 3 | 95-281 Kaloapau Street • Mililani, HI 96789 (Same location – different building)
*We realize the registration process is a little difficult for some of you – however at this time this is the most fair way to insure that regular vendors and those looking to join our events both have an opportunity to participate. We strive to provide both vendors and customers with a dynamic, exciting event and thank you for your patience and participation.
It’s time for the MTA WINTER CRAFT FAIR! We are continuing with our NIGHT FAIR hours (4pm – 9pm) and adding the option of adding a end cap to select indoor tables for an additional fee.
Why a night fair? For those of you who didn’t participate last year, the main benefits of having evening hours is it opens up a lot of additional onsite parking options for customers (we will also continue to have the Park & Ride shuttle). We will also be offering a customer rest area and a broader selection of food vendors so customers can shop, relax and have dinner or a snack. This time also doesn’t compete with the holiday parade and other daytime craft fairs.

VENDOR FEE: $85 for MTA Members | $100 for Non-Members ($5 multiple space discount)

Registration for the Holiday Craft & Gift Fair is FIRST COME – FIRST SERVED and vendors select their spaces based on availability. I will periodically update the map on mililanitown.org. Please read vendor application and agreement for details. Please bring your completed application and payment to one of the locations below:

MAIL-IN Registration: You can also mail your application to Rec 3 (Attn. Special Events). Please keep in mind that if none of those spaces you select are available, we will pick a space for you. DO NOT EMAIL YOUR APPLICATION. Applications will only be processed if accompanied with payment. All mail-in registration will be processed at 3pm on the day it is received (on and after 09/15) by Special Events.
