BOOTCAMP – This is not your average Bootcamp class! Shake up your fitness routine with a heart-pumping session of fun, games, sweat and strength. Led by a Certified Personal Trainer our signature format is adjustable for all fitness levels and ages. Students are required to bring their own mats and weights. CIRCUIT TRAINING FOR A STRONG BACK, CORE & MORE! Brandi has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and with the Covid outbreak, she decided to make her passion for changing lives her full-time career. Her background is in postrehab, core body awareness, and dance fitness. Want to burn fat and feel physically ready for your next adventure with kids, outdoorsor whatever it may be? Her Circuit Training Program will help you gain strength so you can feel sensational!
