A 60-minute full-body work out for all ages and fitness levels. Get moving to a heart-thumping hot music playlist that will leave you breathless, toned and coming back for more.

NEW! Senior FitnessThis class is designed to meet the needs of adults aged 60 and older, though younger people are welcome. The focus is on improving muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, mobility, and cognition. Chair Yoga & Chair Pilates are incorporated to help improve flexibility and core strength.

Bring a set of 2 dumbbells and a resistance tube (with handles). Dumbbells may be 2-lb, 3-lb or 5-lb each. People new to resistance training should start with 2- or 3-lb dumbbells. We recommend light to medium resistance for the resistance tubing. Come dressed in workout clothing, athletic shoes, and don’t forget your water bottle.

Zumba® GOLDCombining Latin and International music, GOLD is a low-impact dance fitness designed for active older adults, people with mobility issues, and anyone who is new to Zumba. Easy-to-follow moves that promote cardio health, coordination, balance, stronger bones and muscles. The moves are easier on the joints. If needed, chairs are available for a great seated workout (Chair Zumba). No registration needed. Just come, pay at the door, and join in the fun!
