*MTA Member Exclusive. One entry per person. You do not need to be present to win. Must enter at the MTA AUTUMN FESTIVAL CRAFT FAIR ON 9/21/2024 (4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.) at Rec 5. Must be an MTA Member in good standing to win. Valid MTA card number or address is required on the entry form. Winner must be listed in household on entry form. The winner will be chosen at random and notified the week following the event. You do not need to be present to win.  Winner will have until 10/11/2024 to pick up the prize from MTA Admin Office located at 95-303 Kaloapau Street • Mililani, HI 96789 during business hours (M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm | Closed on holidays). An alternate winner will be chosen on 10/14/2024 if the prize is unclaimed. • Covered pavilion will not be open for seating. We recommend bringing your own yard chairs or picnic blankets.
• ALLOWED: Small coolers, outside food/drinks, small umbrellas
• NOT ALLOWED: Tents, tables, alcohol, large umbrellas
• Please be courteous and try not to obstruct the view of others.

POOL RULES & GUIDELINES
Walk. No running.
Shower required before entering the pool.
The line in the middle of the pool marks the shallow from the deep.
Do not venture into the deep if you don’t have the ability.
