HOW TO ENTER: Must be an MTA Member in good standing to win. Entries will ONLY be accepted at the locations listed below during the 2025 Imagination Pop-Up & Shop on July 12, 2025 from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm at Rec 6 (95-1010 Konaku St., Mililani HI 96789). Entry submission deadline is July 12, 2025 at 2:00 pm.

RULES: Must be an MTA Member or MTA Homeowner in good standing to win. Winner must be listed in the household on entry form.

ENTRY LIMIT: ONE (1) entry per household – per prize. MTA employees & members of their household are not eligible to enter. Entry blanks with incomplete information will be disqualified. MTA is not responsible for lost, stolen or illegible entries.

WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be randomly chosen the week after the event. Once the winner is verified, they will be notified via email and/or phone by Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Winners can pick up their designated prize at the MTA Admin Office (95-303 Kaloapau St. | Mililani, HI 96789) during business hours (M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Closed on weekends & holidays). Must provide valid photo ID and sign for the prize. If the prize is not claimed by 4:30 pm on Friday, August 8, 2025, an alternate winner will be selected. Winner agrees that their photo may be in the MILILANI NEWS newsletter and other promotional materials.
