The Mililani Town Association is currently accepting applications for indoor or outdoor vendor space for our 2025 MTA KEIKI FAIR! This dynamic community event is one of our most anticipated of the year and brings together an exciting collective of resources and activities to support our keiki and their families. 

Features: A variety of keiki organizations & resources, Imagination Craft Shop, make & take activities, esports arena, Halloween treats, games, food vendors, comfort tent & more!

APPLICATIONS DUE BY 4:00 PM ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2025

MTA Craft events are NOT first-come-first-served. Vendor selections are made after the application deadline. Payments are NOT processed until the PAYMENTS PROCESSED date, and only if a vendor is assigned a space. For more information, please review the VENDOR AGREEMENT.

Indoor (gym) and outdoor (parking lot) spaces available. Food vendors (cook at event) are outdoor only.

Mililani is a pet-loving community and this MTA Pop-Up & Shop PET FAIR is one of our fuzziest ever! Come join us in offering your pet-related crafts, snacks (for humans too!), services, and other pet-focused products.

Tis’ the season! Come join us in Mililani for a festive & fun evening event featuring Hawaii’s best crafters, gift peddlers, and some of the yummiest food around! Our well-organized events feature over 70 curated vendors, free parking & event shuttle, comfort tent, giveaways and more!
