AT THE EVENT:
• POOL WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS EVENT.
• FLOATIES, WATER SLIDE & JET SPA WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THIS EVENT.
• Food tickets will be distributed at the door. One food ticket per attending member with a valid ticket.
• Food line will be open from 6:45 pm – 7:30 pm.
• Water & Juice will be available.
• The covered pavilion will not be open for seating. We recommend bringing your own yard chairs or picnic blankets.
• ALLOWED: Small coolers, outside food/drinks, small umbrellas
• NOT ALLOWED: Tents, tables, alcohol, large umbrellas
• Please be courteous and try not to obstruct the view of others.

POOL RULES & GUIDELINES
WALK. NO RUNNING.
A cleansing shower is required before entering the pool.
The line in the middle of the pool marks the shallow from the deep.
Do not venture into the deep if you don’t have the ability.
All MTA Pool rules apply.

RAINY DAY PLAN
While the weather can be unpredictable, MTA events will happen, rain or shine, with modifications if necessary, as long as we can do so safely. 

When will MTA decide to cancel the movie portion of the event due to the weather?
We will decide if we need to cancel the movie portion by 5:00 pm.
Our staff, food, and snacks (provided by MTA) will be ready to hold the event as planned if possible. Please visit this page or check your email for updates.

If we cancel the movie portion of the event, what does that mean for Members who have tickets?
If you have tickets for this event, they are non-refundable. If we decide to cancel the movie portion of the event, food/snack pick-up will still be available. Food pick-up will be from 6:45 pm – 7:30 pm. Members must present tickets to pick up food. This is subject to change based on weather/safety conditions.

Rainy Day Tips:
If we can safely proceed with the event in its entirety, we recommend that Members bring umbrellas, and lawn chairs (the grass may be wet/muddy).
