*MTA Member Exclusive. One entry per household. Must enter at the 2025 MTA Autumn Festival Craft Fair (4:00 pm – 9:00 pm) at Rec 5 on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Must be an MTA Member in good standing to win. A valid MTA card number or address is required on the entry form. The winner must be listed in the household on the entry form. The winner will be chosen at random and notified the week after the event. You do not need to be present to win. The winner will have until Friday, October 10, 2025, to pick up the prize from the MTA Admin Office located at 95-303 Kaloapau Street • Mililani, HI 96789 during business hours (M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm | Closed on holidays). A valid I.D. is required to pick up the prize. An alternate winner will be chosen on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, if the prize is unclaimed. The winner agrees to have their photo taken and used in future MILILANI NEWS newsletters and other MTA media.
